    CO-FOUNDER & MANAGING DIRECTOR

    Mr. Mont is a thirty-year executive with significant experience in operations, finance, sales, and technology having held positions at world-leading companies including JP Morgan, BlackRock, Apple and IBM.

    As a financial professional, he has completed over $6 billion in M&A and financings of various size transactions and structures. Mr. Mont began his career in product development and sales with Apple and IBM.

    Most recently, he served as President and COO of A&Z Trucking, an asset light brokerage serving the food & beverage industries.

    Mr. Mont is a graduate of Northwestern University, where he received a B.S. in Computer Science and Electrical Engineering. He also has an MBA from the University of California at Berkeley where he was a Haas Fellow.

  • TED FOURTICQ

    CO-FOUNDER & MANAGING DIRECTOR

    Mr. Fourticq has over twenty years of middle market investing experience. Prior to TMG, Mr. Fourticq worked at Hancock Park Associates (HPA), a $400mm AUM middle market private equity firm where he sourced and led transactions as well as served on the Board of Directors for multiple portfolio companies. His investment focus for HPA was in consumer products, environmental services, aerospace, building products and manufacturing.

    Mr. Fourticq also has significant operational experience as Co-founder and CFO of M. Special Brewing Company and previously served as CEO of Soundcast LLC, an outdoor audio lifestyle brand..

    Mr. Fourticq is a graduate of Vanderbilt University, where he received a B.A. in English. He also has a JD/MBA from Loyola Marymount where he received a Kaufman Broad Social Entrepreneurship Fellowship award.
